Turning Production

Our CNC department is very much diversified. We have one turning center with a bar feeder for high production runs, along with the ability to swing 40” in diameter and 80” in length. One of our turning centers has live tooling to reduce a secondary milling and drilling operation.

The DMG Mori Seiki NLX 2500 Lathe is a versatile mill turn machine. It is equipped with 6 axis machining, dual spindles, live tooling and thru the spindle coolant.

The SL40 CNC Lathe has a max capacity of 25.5” x 80” with a 40” swing and a 15” chuck.

Turning Conventional

Since our beginning, we have been committed to offering customers high quality and competitively priced manufactured hardware. To do this, we have taken several measures. For instance, we effectively integrate the resources of our company to strictly manufacture our products in accordance with the ISO standards. As a result, we are able to reduce our production costs and improve our efficiency.

Even though CNC’s are more readily used in the manufacturing industry now days, there is still a need for conventional machining.  We have placed our conventional machines next to our production machines to take advantage of setups and secondary operations.

Conventional lathes are widely used for turning both external and internal cylindrical surfaces, tapered surfaces and other rotary surfaces, reaming holes and cutting oil grooves. It also can produce a large number of threads of different types, including Whitworth, metric, diametral and module threads.
